A new top bridge ain’t obtainable anymore, so I found an old one instead. Gave it a good polish, but kept a bit of patina to tell the story.

Installing tapered bearings. A quick cooldown in the freezer, grease, and a bit of brute force seems to be a good combo so far.
Delivery from the painter
Yes! The painter delivered the parts today. The color is simply just spot on. Pictures do not do justice at all, but I’m afraid it’s the best I can do for now.
Bridgestone
I received my Bridgestone tubes today, which meant that I was now finally able to mount the tires on the new split rims.

Doing a bit of shopping. Amazing how many brand new parts that’s still available for a bike this old.
Time for a bit of paint
