Finally got around to install the Over Racing exhaust, GP Performance Titanium.
Surely I could have settled with less, but I simply couldn’t get my eyes off this thing.
The craftsmanship of this piece is stunning.
The gasket goes on with the flat side facing the exhaust port, and the bolts are torqued “reasonably tight” by hand – we’ll see if that is enough.
The springs used for the two-piece exhaust was easily mounted with the help of a cable tie.
Only one problem though; I’ll need to get myself a new kick starter. There is simply not enough clearance between the stock kick starter and the new exhaust.
